Our Process

Timeline: From start of construction to finish, an average job takes 2-5 days.

Pre-quote
Fill out the form above with the location of the project, along with pictures of the home, and we’ll give you a ballpark figure. If the numbers match your expectations, we’ll come out for an estimate.
Consult and quote
During our first meeting, we’ll walk through the project to get a clearer idea of the scope, then go over your options, recommend choices as necessary and answer any questions you may have. After, you’ll receive a quote within 1 week.
Deposit
Once you’ve accepted the quote, we’ll send an invoice for a 25% deposit. When that’s paid, you’re on the schedule. We’ll get a hold of you closer to the date to let you know we’re coming.
Get the job done
At every step, we do everything we can to respect your home. That means quality workmanship that meets or exceeds Alberta building code and keeping our worksite clean. Each day after work, we’ll tidy our space up so you don’t feel like you’re living in a construction zone.
Clean up and invoice
When we’re finished, we fully clean up the site, so you can start using it. The final invoice is due upon completion.
